HOW BACK OF HOUSE WAS CREATED...
'Back of House' is a never before seen Australian comedic take on what really goes on "Back of House" at your local hospitality venue. Patrick Hogan and Olivia Scott first met in an acting class and quickly became friends. It was on a late night drive home from acting class that they first came up with the idea to write something together. Scott and Hogan both come from families who own hospitality businesses and were sharing all the crazy stories and situations that they had experienced over the years as a result. It was like a lightbulb went off and 'Back of House' was born. Both Olivia and Patrick also star as the two leads with Patrick playing larrikin bar supervisor, 'Jax' and Olivia playing 'Angie (not Ange)' the chaotic but perfectionistic bar and restaurant manager.
